Explore the techniques common to user experience (UX) design, such as: persona development, case study analysis, user interface design, rapid visualization and prototyping.
Students will also become adept at using the industry standard tools and techniques of UX design.

Customer Journey Map

UX Teardown

You will create a point by point dissection of an online experience using heuristic analysis and best practice ala Sam Hulick on the UX of onboarding. (It doesn’t have to be an onboarding experience!)
Identify 3-5 areas for improvements, clearing stating why the areas you’ve identified may lead to issues for potential users.

Read the user testing script devised for the Readings Case Study.
